In 7th grade science, students will be looking at three major units of study:
Energy Forces and Motion
This unit will answer many questions in physics including What are forces? What are Newton's 3 laws of motion? What is energy?
Structure and Function
This biology unit will investigate how the various structures in a living system work together to perform various life tasks.
Climate and Weather
In this unit we study what factors contribute to how a storm forms. We will work with live data from weather stations, analyze current storms, and learn to interpret weather maps.
